Injection molding is limited by the tonnage of the machine, and large capacity water tanks need to be assembled in pieces, with many welds, easy leakage, and difficult cleaning to store dirt and grime; Roll molding is a one-time molding process that has no welds or leaks. The inner wall is smooth and not prone to bacterial growth. Food grade raw materials are non-toxic and odorless, and can be used to create a double-layer structure for insulation and heat preservation. The wall thickness is uniform, impact resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance. It does not become brittle when exposed to outdoor sunlight. And the investment in molds is much lower than that of injection steel molds, making high-capacity development more flexible.
