Cover mold

Bending and deformation of injection molded large caps, leakage and odor from joint gaps, rusting of metal caps - difficult to control shrinkage and deformation of large-sized injection molded caps, and insufficient strength. The roll molded lid is seamlessly integrated, with uniform wall thickness and resistance to deformation. The reinforced rib design is load-bearing and resistant to stepping, and the sealing groove is integrally formed to prevent rain and odor. It is UV resistant, aging resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and has low aluminum mold cost. It can be customized flexibly in multiple specifications.
