Bumper

The bumpers of agricultural machinery, construction vehicles, and beach bikes are prone to gravel splashing, bumps and collisions, mud and water erosion, and exposure to cold winter sunlight all year round. They are most afraid of the thin and brittle injection molded bumper walls, collision fragmentation splashing, and low-temperature cracking - difficult to control the shrinkage and deformation of thick walled injection molded large parts, and insufficient strength margin. The roll molded bumper is integrally formed without welding seams, with uniform wall thickness, energy absorption and impact resistance. It is not brittle at low temperatures, resistant to UV and mud corrosion, lightweight and weight reduction without reducing strength. The installation position is embedded in one piece without loosening, and the aluminum mold cost is low. It can adapt to multiple models quickly.
