Motorcycle fuel tank
Off road motorcycles and beach bikes often experience bumps and drops in their fuel tanks, exposure to sunlight and rain, and drastic temperature changes. They are most afraid of rust and oil leakage from iron fuel tanks, gasoline infiltration and bulging from injection molded fuel tanks, and joint leakage and fire. Injection molded parts have poor oil resistance and are prone to aging and cracking when soaked in oil for a long time. The rolling plastic fuel tank is made of oil resistant materials that are integrally formed without welding seams. It has low gasoline permeability and does not bulge or leak, and is resistant to UV and high and low temperatures. It is lightweight and does not increase the weight of the vehicle. The installation position is embedded in one piece without loosening, and the aluminum mold cost is low. It can adapt to multiple vehicle models quickly.
