Due to tonnage and machine limitations, injection molding of large volume hollow fuel tanks often requires separate splicing, with multiple welds, high risk of leakage, and uneven wall thickness; Rotational molding is a one-time molding of a closed cavity structure, with no welds, good sealing, uniform wall thickness, impact resistance, low temperature resistance, oil and corrosion resistance, and the ability to embed reinforcing ribs and inserts. It has lower mold investment, fast modification, and is suitable for small-scale development of multiple vehicle models.
