Tank mold
Chemical storage tanks, pesticide tanks, and vehicle transport tanks are filled with acidic and corrosive liquids all year round. They are exposed to outdoor sunlight, bumpy vehicles, and buried under pressure. They are most afraid of corrosion, leakage, cracking, and pollution from welding seams. Injection molding cannot produce large volume integral tanks due to tonnage limitations, and welding of individual parts is the source of leakage. The roll molded tank body is integrally formed without welding seams, resistant to acid and alkali, impact, and vibration, with uniform wall thickness and buried pressure resistance. The large volume one-time molding seal is reliable, and the mold cost is much lower than that of injection molded steel molds. It is flexible in customizing multiple specifications.
