Stormwater boat mold
Injection molding is limited by the tonnage of the machine and the volume of the mold, making it difficult to form medium to large ship hulls as a whole, and there are many welded joints in the segmented joints, which are prone to leakage; Roll molding is specifically designed for large hollow products: the hull is integrally formed, with no welds and no water leakage. The double-layer shell can be filled with foam, providing sufficient buoyancy, stable center of gravity, uniform wall thickness, impact resistance, seawater corrosion resistance, UV resistance, and outdoor non brittleness. The investment in aluminum molds is much lower than that of injection molded steel molds, making small batch customization and multi model development more cost-effective.
