Large equipment shell mold
The shell volume of floor scrubbers, medical equipment, and testing instruments is large, with many irregular deep cavities. Injection molding is difficult to form as a whole due to tonnage limitations. Splicing the shell results in multiple welds, poor sealing, water and dust ingress, and easy rusting and collision of edges and corners. Roll molding integrated without welds, good IP protection, uniform wall thickness and impact resistance, can embed nut wire slots, design reinforcement ribs, high degree of freedom in modeling, UV and chemical corrosion resistance, aluminum mold cost is much lower than injection steel mold, and multi model and small batch development is more cost-effective.
